How much does shipping cost?

 

 

We offer free worldwide shipping!

 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays.

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order.

 

Currently, we only offer regular shipping:

 

1 to 5 working days within the EU

5 to 12 working days outside the EU

 

Once the order is processed and shipped out, an email with your tracking number will be sent.

The transit time and the courier service may vary depending where your item was shipped from. 

 

 

What about duties and taxes?

 

 

Within the EU: Duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

 

Outside the EU: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that Minusplus does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

 

 

What if i disclaim my adress wrong ?

 

 

If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at info@minusplus.co immediately! We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and we cannot guarantee the change.

 

If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.  If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.

 

 

What if i want an order cancellation / modification? 

 

If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at info@minusplus.co as soon as you place your order.  We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.

 

 

How do i return?

 

  1. Get in touch to us at info@minusplus.co and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

  2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

  3. Drop off your package at the local post office. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, as Minusplus are not held responsible for any lost returns.

  4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

 

 

Return Conditions

 

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its       original condition. 

2. Merchandise eligible for return and refund must be: New, unused and in good condition; inclusive of all         original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of delivery.

3. Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

 

 

Refund Process

 

The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you should receive an email with a confirmation.

All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order.
